Lots of stuff

Oh my dogs!! It has been such a long time since I last posted on my blog. Things have been real busy in my house and my mommy was hugging the computer a lot. I will start to keep posting better from now on.

Furious!!!!!

My mommy just read me a story about the IAMS brand company. She was so upset by it that she took the computer and typed a post to all her friends on the myspace. She let me copy it so I could put it in her for all my blog readers to see if they don't already know..

I have been told repeatedly by many people that you should feed your dogs only certain type of food. Growing up, my dogs at home were fed Ol' Roy dog food. They have always been healthy, happy dogs. People tell me that Ol' Roy is bad dog food to feed a dog. Dogs should eat IAMS dog food or Purina, or something else. Right now they get Purina, with a Beneful dog food treat every once in awhile. Well, I am very glad that I never listened to those people and fed my dogs what we do because the USDA has just cited the IAMS company. Why you may ask, because a contract laboratory hired by IAMS has been found to be cruel to animals. IAMs did nothing to stop the cruelty of those animals in the lab. Now, normally I don't agree with PETA but I have to say that sometimes they do the right thing. During the PETA investigation of the lab, 18 dogs were debarked. Now if you can't figure out what that means, it means that those dogs lost their vocal chords. It shows pictures of some of the dogs in the care of IAMS. I ask how someone can look in the faces of those dogs everyday and not feel anything. It also lists some of the citations against other animals kept in the lab.

I ask for you all to pass this along to all you know to boycott IAMS brand animal products and show them that the animal lovers and the animals of the US will not stand for this kind of stuff to happen.

I feel really bad for all those animals cuzded they have never had a home or loves of a mommy and daddy like I have. I saw some of pictures of the uver dogs in the lab and one of them could have been me. It was scary to see those poor dogs.

The Belle Dog

Everyone who reads the blog hears me talk about the Belle dog.....so I figured I would dedicate this post to nothing but her....the Belle dog came to live with mommy and daddy in November of 2006...they got her when she was just a little puppy....she grew up with just the 2 cats to play with.....mommy and daddy would take her when they went to visit the Belle dog's mommy's mommy and daddy.....the Belle dog got very spoiled being the only dog.....she is a mommy's girl too....the Belle dog had to spend lots of time at her mom's house cause mommy and daddy went on a long trip for work together.....the Belle dog she wasnt used to mommy when she first came home again.....but now they are almost inseperable when mommy is home from work....even now the Belle dog is sitting in mommy's lap while she does homework........the Belle dog is gonna be 2 this year....she is only a year older than me.....the Belle dog makes mommy upset sometimes cause for some reason there are times when she won't let mommy hold her or pet her.....mommy worries about the Belle dog a lot especially now cause they can't trim her nails without getting scratched or the Belle dog screamin like she was being abused..and her nails are getting a bit long.....

Lonely....

I'm so lonely.....I have nobody......to call my own...awroooooo...so lonely....I'm so very sad now....my bestest friend Possum had to go back home with his mommy and daddy...the other 2 dogs went too but I don't miss them as much as Possum....mommy and daddy have been talking a lot about one of those other dogs....I think that they might be bringing home to us for good one day....I hope so cause it is the little dog that is afraid of me.....she cries when all I do is try to sniff her and give her kisses.....I want her to be my friend too.....

Whew....

we still have three xtra dogs here.....there are 2 itty bitty chihuahuas and a big dog....me and the big dog are like bestest friends....cept when there a chew toys around...then he tries and takes them all....that's ok...mommy said that me and the Belle do will get special treats when the other dogs leave again....I can't wait.....mommy took me to heaven today to get a bath and something called dipped......I don't noe what this dip is but WOW.....it made all the bugs that make me itch go away.....and the very nice lady that brushed me and washed me put pretty bows in my hair.....mommy thought I was so beautiful when she saw me.....I just really had to go potty really bad......

Mad mommy

Mommy is very upset right now....the side of my mouth is bit open....those other dogs kept biting me on my lip and it broke open....so my mouth is swolen...she is very mad at those other dogs.....now she is trying to talk daddy into letting me go up north with them later instead of making me stay with those other dogs....

Hooray

My mommy came home last week.....I was so happy to see her....the Belle dog was too....we got to spend a few days alone with her and then we got some other dogs stay at the house for a few days.....some of them dogs is ok...but others bit me for no reason....they are sharp little teeth that hurt....then those dogs left for a few days and now they are back again.....mommy is frustrated with all the animals sometimes.....8 dogs is a handful....poor mommy, she gets cranky when she doesn't get good sleep.....I like playing with all the dogs...there is even a dog that is bigger than me (mommy note: Libby thinks she is the same size as Belle)......
